I've finally conceded and added a 30% chance of rain for tonight through tomorrow morning, but don't expect anything major...
Sunny skies will temps in the lower 80s will prevail Wednesday and Thursday, with comfortable humidities.
As a cool front and potentially Ike impact our area Friday-Monday, I will put a 40% chance of rain for all of these days. Temps will remain in the lower to mid 80s.
Hurricane Ike is still barely a hurricane with 80mph winds on the south side of Cuba right now. It is forecasted to hit western Cuba and then shoot into the Gulf of Mexico. According to the NHC, it will head towards Houston, becoming a Category 3 with 115mph winds...stay tuned...
